Refund Policy

No returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive research compounds, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has left our facility. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

When we issue refunds

We will issue a full refund or replacement (your choice) in the following cases:

  • Your order arrives damaged, broken, or compromised by heat exposure.
  • Your order is lost in transit (carrier confirms loss).
  • The product fails to meet its certificate-of-analysis (COA) specifications.
  • We shipped the wrong item.

Submit refund requests within 14 days of delivery via our contact page. Include your order number and, where applicable, photos of the damage.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing cycles; it does not refund the most recent charge. Refunds for a charge that has already shipped are governed by the rules above.

If you cancel before your renewal ships, contact us within 24 hours of the renewal charge and we’ll refund it in full.

Disputed charges

Please contact us before opening a chargeback. We resolve nearly all issues directly within 1–2 business days.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
