Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship internationally and we do not ship to PO boxes (carriers can’t guarantee cold-chain delivery to PO boxes).

How fast we ship

Orders placed before 2pm ET, Monday–Friday ship the same business day. Orders placed after that or on weekends ship the next business day.

How long it takes

• 2–3 business days for most US addresses
• 3–5 business days for AK, HI, and remote areas

Cold-chain packaging

Every order ships in an insulated mailer with phase-change cooling material that keeps temperature in the 2–8°C range for 72+ hours. The package is tracked end-to-end and discreet — no product name on the outside.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your label is created (usually within 30 minutes of order). The carrier may take a few hours to update their system.

Delays and lost packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 48 hours or your order is more than 2 business days late, contact uswith your order number. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and ship a replacement at no charge if loss is confirmed.

Subscription cadence

Your subscription ships automatically on the same day as your monthly billing renewal. You can change your shipping address anytime from your account.
